TERMS & CONDITIONS:

ECCO Supply™, a division of ECCO Heating Products Ltd. and a member of  The ECCO Group™, reserves the right to change the following rules and regulations or the points earning criteria for the program at their discretion at any time. 

1. Participants cannot earn points until they complete the login process on the www.eccorewards.ca website.
2. For every $2 Purchased on all products from ECCO Supply™, participants will receive 1 ECCO Rewards™ Point from January 1, 2022.
3. The participant should be in good standing with ECCO Supply™.
4. To be eligible for this program, you must be the principal owner of a contracting company and on ECCO Supply’s Active account list.
5. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
6. Points cannot be transferred or pooled with another participant’s points.
7. Participants can access and see all their points through a single account.
8. There is no limit to the number of points the participant may accumulate during the program.
9. ECCO Rewards™ reserves the right to replace out of stock or unavailable items with a substitution of equal or greater value.
10. All points include the shipping and handling costs of the merchandise chosen.
11. Points may be redeemed for any exclusive merchandise awards from the online catalogue.
12. Points may also be redeemed for individual Travel through the ECCO Rewards™ Travel agency.
13. Cascadia Motivation Inc. and ECCO Supply™ are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use or operation of any merchandise awards claimed as a result of this program.
14. Any tax implications arising from ECCO Rewards™ are the responsibility of the participant.
15. ECCO Supply™ is the final authority as to the interpretation of these rules, and ECCO Supply™ reserves the right to disallow points and disqualify participants.
16. ECCO Supply™ reserves the right to cancel the program at any time. Participants will have one hundred (100) days to claim awards if the program is cancelled.

17. Any account with NO ($0) sales activity for more than 12 months will be suspended; points will remain but cannot be redeemed until sales activity resumes.
18. Any account with NO ($0) sales activity for more than 36 months will be deactivated and all points will be forfeited.
